Roles and Responsibilities:Provides comprehensive assessment of skill levels and daily functioning of Residential clients. Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to develop treatment plans and programming for Residential clients. Supports Residential clients in the attainment of skills identified as goals to enable the client to move on to less restrictive levels of care in the community.
Essential Responsibilities and Target Outcomes:
Conducts and documents comprehensive screening/assessment of client level of functioning by utilizing best practice screening tools.
Develops and implements individualized and group skill building activities to engage clients in developing targeted skills and demonstrating measurable improvement.
Communicates goals, objectives and interventions with multi-disciplinary team in order to develop client treatment plans by attending staff meetings and client care reviews.
Documents all client activity in the medical record in accordance with program policy and procedure.
Assists in the assessment of referrals to the program by attending meetings internally and externally.
Performs related duties as assigned.

Credentials and Licenses:
Certification and/or licensure in the State of NY as an
Occupational Therapist.
Valid NY Driver’s License.
Successful experience in working in the field with the population of severe/prolonged mentally ill adult clients and/or equivalent, preferably a minimum of 1-3 years.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook. Experience in or the ability or willingness to learn how to use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system or the ability and willingness to learn how to use one, which includes appointment scheduling, authorization tracking, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.

Our product is extremely client-side intensive and requires the right mixture of design eye and engineering expertise.
As a smart, creative, and independent thinker, you want to have a large impact on our products. Your contributions will span the entire product lifecycle from weighing in on design to anchoring rapid agile feature development to maintaining operations environments.

Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate has:
1-2 years experience building native Android applications.
Strong Java background
It’s a plus if you have:
Strong understanding of web standards and modern client-side engineering using
JavaScript, SCSS, HAML, Compass, CoffeScript, et al.
Experience working with other mobile platforms such as iOS, RIM, Windows 7, Symbian, etc.
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop to prepare assets
Web and/or print design background
